• The reason for your request

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we cover the full return shipping cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?

Contact us with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll send a replacement immediately — free of charge, no return needed.
